~ “I am here now” by Tara Brach (free) – meditation that accompanies the Creative Mindfulness Journal
~The Present Moment, by Thich Nhat Hanh – this includes breathing and relaxation meditations, and it is a complete audio book on mindfulness.
~Perth meditation centre – how to meditate part 1: the basic kit, & Short active meditations (free)
these are the best resources I have come across for beginners. And free too.
~ Jon Kabat Zinn, Guided mindfulness meditations (my favourites are the Lying down meditations and Lake and Mountain meditations, all on CD2). They can be bought on CD, or many adaptations can be found on youtube.
~How to relax, by Thich Nhat Hanh
~ I am here now, a creative mindfulness guide and journal, by the Mindfulness Project
